Managing Director
Ross has almost 2 decades of experience in the waste management industry. He likes nothing more than being presented with a 'head-scratcher' kind of project and so far there's been very little that he hasn't been able to come up with a solution for. In his spare time Ross plays the bagpipes which has taken him all over the world.
Tracey McCallum
Director
Tracey has worked with Ross for almost 10 years and refers to herself as his Wing-Man, ensuring that all the project details are covered & clients are kept up to speed with progress. In her spare time, Tracey loves to cook, travel and writes for Westender Magazine.
Joanna Leitch
Accounts & Office Manager
Joanna is one of the newest members of the team, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and that clients have everything they need from invoices to supplier applications. In her spare time, Joanna is a Brownie Leader and always busy organising everything.
Nancy
Social Media Manager
Nancy has been promoted from Office Junior to Social Media Manager since the posts featuring her seem to be the most popular. In her spare time Nancy enjoys sniffing around the park, a good steak and snoozing.
