# Chip Shop Clearance - Fife July 1, 2024 This was more than just a routine clearance. This restaurant had lay empty for a number of months and needed more than a little TLC! - Removed all combustibles - Cleared all rubbish - Emptied chillers and removed fridges - Cleared the offices of furniture - Emptied fryers of oil - Deep cleaned the entire premises - Degreased overhead filters, pipework and ceilings - Cleared and deep cleaned front of house areas The unit has since been re-let and was turned around by our team in 2 days. back
