The unit was to be remarketed, but before that could happen it needed emptied and stripped back. Our works included - Clear the unit of all loose materials including combustibles - Removed reception area - Dropped offices and kitchen areas - Removed drywall and studwork - Removed separate partitioning within the warehouse - Lifted carpeting and floor coverings The unit was handed back in a much more marketable state ready for viewing.
